Abuse protection ...
Awareness of abuse, etc,
We advocate against all types of abuse of seniors. Elder abuse is not just physical, financial and emotional abuse. Repeated neglect and abandonment or any violation of a senior’s trust that puts them in harm, qualifies as elder abuse.
How we advocate for our seniors
Advocating against elder abuse is vital to safeguarding the dignity, rights, and well-being of older adults, who may be vulnerable to physical, emotional, or financial harm.
Beyond speaking out against abuse, it is equally important to promote broader forms of support—such as raising health awareness, educating seniors and families about wills and financial planning, encouraging regular exercise and wellness, and activating communities to stay engaged and watchful.
Together, these efforts create a stronger, more informed support network that empowers older adults, prevents mistreatment, and helps them live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.
