“A-Supreme Foundation has been very supportive of our Malton Caribbean Seniors group for more than five years. Malton Caribbean Seniors group is a multi-cultural group consisting of both men and women mostly from the Caribbean and/or African community. The group meets once a week for 3 hours to socialize and participate in various activities and trips.
The Malton Caribbean Seniors group is very honored to be affiliated with A-Supreme Foundation and is appreciative for the support which the foundation has given to the group since 2015.
Some of the services rendered by the Foundation are as follows:
Once a month light exercises (light exercises for seniors once a month, seniors look forward to these exercises)
All day Health Symposium (various vendors provided information on health and other areas of interest for the senior community and their caregivers in Malton)
Information on senior’s abuse and neglect
Information on Wills and Estates Planning (Power of Attorney)
Workshop on Depression ‘How to cope” (provided some tools on how seniors, who are shut in and experience depression during the winter season can cope)

Music with Harp “A Harp full experience”
Workshop – Pulse Medical
Holiday tokens (provided holiday wellness gifts and basket for the seniors)
Lunches (provided nutritious meals for seniors)
